Recently, the weather has been fluctuating. Many people around me have caught colds, mycoplasma, etc. However, I'm still fine at the moment, probably because of the fat I usually store (who asked me to be fat...). Of course, I still need to be careful, especially since there are children at home, and their growth is important. Can't be careless...
My wife said that the last time she and her girlfriends gathered, they had a good Chongqing spicy chicken hot pot. She asked me to accompany her to eat, of course, without bringing the kids (no food for them, they don't eat spicy). I thought it was a good idea, it's been a long time since we enjoyed a dinner together. So, after work, I hurried towards the target.
I've eaten Chongqing spicy chicken hot pot a few times, but I haven't tried the restaurant my wife mentioned. I always naively thought it was a way of eating in Chongqing until I found out just now while looking for pictures, that it is a dish created by someone named Chongqing, a Putian person, in Shanghai (a real eye-opener, there's someone with the surname Chong?). When we arrived at the door of the restaurant, we found many people waiting in line, but fortunately, my wife had made a reservation yesterday. After waiting for about ten minutes, it was our turn. After being seated, we waited a bit longer until the delicious spicy chicken hot pot was served. It looked very appetizing. We ordered a medium portion, and the amount of meat was decent. There were many dried chili peppers, but for us, it wasn't too spicy. With a side of ice-cold cola, it was a complete knockout.
As I write up to this point, it seems that this stream of consciousness article has come to an end. In fact, the title was a bit exaggerated. According to Baidu Baike, the explanation of "吃香的喝辣的" is: "吃香喝辣 is a Chinese idiom, which means to describe a rich life with casual eating and drinking. It also specifically refers to a lifestyle that emphasizes material enjoyment." It can only be considered a partial description. I haven't reached the point of eating and drinking casually yet. Using some motivational words: "The revolution has not yet succeeded, comrades still need to work hard." Sometimes I feel that the older I get, the more casual I become.
On a side note, I've been browsing blogs recently (Yinji, Lao Zhang, A Jie, etc.), and I found that their domain names are pretty good. Looking back at my own domain name, I bought a .win domain from Alibaba because it was cheap at the time (seems like only a few tens of RMB for 10 years). Later, Alibaba stopped managing it, so I transferred it to Name.com. It still has a few years left before expiration. I plan to follow Lao Zhang's example and stop renewing some domain names that I don't use much, including this one. I also have another one that I registered during a promotion at Dnspod (Tencent): 057000.xyz. It only costs 8 RMB per year, very cheap. I no longer consider the issue of being indexed (it was something I cared about when I first started the website). I'll use it for now, and if the .win domain expires, I'll renew it (I have searched for other domain names, but either I didn't think of a suitable one at once, or the ones I thought of were too expensive or already taken).
